Turnaround time starts when your order is physically received. Submitted (physically received) to graded, ~ 18 weeks. Graded to slabbed and shipped, ~ 4 weeks. These are all rough estimates. An order I just got back was graded quite a while ago and spent more like two months in the grading-to-shipping phase.
