Nope, no symptoms until about 6 or 7 weeks apart from needing a wee more often. The months I swore I had sore breasts or a metallic taste in my mouth I had a BFN and in August I had no symptoms I got my BFP. The only symptom I had both times was excess saliva a couple of days before my period was due.Fatigue. Headaches. Mood swings. Sensitivity to certain tastes or smells. The problem is that most of them are also PMS symptoms, caused by higher levels of progesterone after ovulation. Symptoms can't occur until you've implanted and had a few days to build up your hcg and progesterone (most don't really start till 5-6 weeks). You could still end up with a bfp, but what you're feeling right now, isn't related to that, but more likely the increase in progesterone after o'ing. Good luck when you test :)
