Try this. Press F1 and enter dm in the console. Go to the bad trader and press F1 again. and enter chunkreset cr in the console. That should reset the trader poi and may fix the trader. And you have to restart after the chunkreset. Well, i gave it like three tries and the trader kept glitching out.
